required for Outline or Full Planning/Listed
Building Application submission – AutoCAD
format.
- Submit Outline or Full Planning/Listed Building
Applications.

- STAGE 4 - Detailed Technical Drawings
(Building Control)
- Prepare fully annotated detailed working
drawings.
- Submit Building Regulation Application &
structural calculations.
- STAGE 5 – Tender Works
Prepare detailed Specification.
- Prepare Pre-Tender Health & Safety Plan where
required.
- Obtain competitive tenders.
- Prepare and issue tender report to client.
- STAGE 6 – Contract Administration
- Prepare and issue Contract.
- Supervise building works, undertaking periodic
inspections to check standard/progress of
works.
- Prepare and issue Contract Certificates etc.
- Negotiate the final account with the building
contractor.
